Agreement

By using logicstackbase.digital or engaging Logicstackbase for content interaction analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Logicstackbase provides consulting and analytics services related to content interaction measurement, including audits, instrumentation guidance, affinity mapping, and retainers. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work. This website does not process payments or host a checkout.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to analytics environments, product stakeholders, and content inventories needed for the engagement. Delays in access may shift delivery dates without penalty to Logicstackbase.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final reports and recommendations prepared specifically for you. Logicstackbase retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing materials used to produce the work. We may reference anonymized outcomes in our portfolio unless a written NDA forbids it.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranties and limitation

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Analytics recommendations depend on data quality and product context; we do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Logicstackbase’s total liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at abusive rates, or republish our materials without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before competent courts in Bangkok.
