Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 1 September 2025. This policy applies to analytical consulting engagements offered by Logicstackbase Co., Ltd. It does not cover physical goods or software licenses, which we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on engagement type, how much work has started, and whether a deposit or full fee was paid. Written confirmations may include project-specific terms that supplement this page.

Deposits

Fixed-fee projects typically require a fifty percent deposit to reserve start dates and begin data-quality review. Monthly monitoring is billed in advance for each month of the retainer.

Cancellation by the client

• If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed kickoff and no data review has begun, the deposit is refundable minus a THB 5,000 scheduling fee.
• If kickoff has occurred or event exports have been reviewed, the deposit is non-refundable because preparation work has started.
• For work already underway beyond kickoff, fees for completed stages remain due; unused future stages may be credited or partially refunded at our discretion based on hours already spent.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a kickoff or readout once without charge when you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 3,000 administrative fee or require a new timeline quote.

No-shows

If your stakeholders miss a scheduled readout without twenty-four hours’ notice, we may charge for the reserved session time or deduct it from prepaid monitoring hours.

Monthly monitoring

Retainers have a three-month minimum. After the minimum, either party may end the retainer with thirty days’ written notice. Prepaid months already delivered are non-refundable; unused prepaid future months after the notice period are refundable.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds apply only when we cancel an engagement before kickoff for reasons on our side, or when the ten-business-day deposit rule above applies. Partial refunds may apply when a project stops mid-stream by mutual agreement after accounting for completed stages.

Non-refundable items

Completed analysis stages, delivered briefs, held readout sessions, and third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing are non-refundable.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@logicstackbase.digital with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method when possible.
