Information we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, message content, engagement interest, and any optional kickoff window you provide. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and basic traffic understanding.

Purpose of processing

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver commissioned analysis, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Client analytics data

Event exports shared for customer lifetime value work should be anonymized or pseudonymized whenever feasible. Such files are processed only for the agreed engagement and stored with access limited to assigned staff.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active contract or dispute. Engagement working files are retained for up to thirty-six months after project close, then deleted or returned as agreed. Cookie preference records stored in your browser remain until you clear local storage.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor outside Thailand is used (for example email hosting), we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.
